Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas.
How can I track my order?

What happens if delivery fails?
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may retry or contact you. Repeated failed attempts or refusal of delivery may result in return-to-origin.

Why is Cash on Delivery not available for all products?

What will appear on my bank statement?
Your bank statement will show a neutral parent company name, not the website name or product details.
What should I do if my payment fails but money is debited?
